Over the past couple of months I've had the privilege of working with local Cincinnati entertainers Ascend Pro Wrestling. As local indie wrestlers almost all of their proceeds go to different charities around the area. I've grown up surrounded by wrestling due to my father vending at local shows when I was younger. It's truly full circle to now be able to photograph shows on my own for their social media marketing. I'm always intentionally interested in highlighting the powerful movements these athletics practice and the handwork that goes into this underrated performance form.
